GLAAD Media Award recipients were announced in 26 of this year's 40 media categories at the 19th Annual GLAAD Media Awards presented by ABSOLUT® Vodka and IBM at New York's Marriott Marquis on Monday night. Additional awards will be presented in South Florida on April 12 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Los Angeles on April 26 at the Kodak Theatre, and in San Francisco on May 10 at the San Francisco Marriott.

Following is a complete list of GLAAD Media Awards presented on stage, and the individuals that accepted the awards (accepters tentative):

Today GLAAD also announced an exclusive agreement with Bravo, its new broadcast partner, which will telecast the 19th Annual GLAAD Media Awards later this year. The announcement was made jointly today by GLAAD President Neil G. Giuliano and General Manager of Bravo Media Frances Berwick. The national media advocacy organization has presented the GLAAD Media Awards annually since 1990, but this will be the first televised airing of the celebration on a fully distributed national cable network. GLAAD will provide details about the upcoming broadcast date in the near future.
